The Winnipeg Wolves
Basketball Club is pleased to announce their tryout schedule for the upcoming
2017-2018 club basketball season.

Important Notes for All
Athletes Attending Tryouts:
- Location: Linden Woods Community Centre – 414 Lindenwood Dr W, Winnipeg, MB
- Open ID camps run from Friday, August 11, 2017 to Sunday, August 13, 2017
- There will be a charge of $25 per player
- Must be paid at the initial tryout for each team
- Regardless of attendance at one or more tryouts
- Covers costs of gym rental
- Please bring a reversible jersey (or bring a dark-colored and light-colored shirt) to each tryout
- Please bring your own basketball
- Please bring your own water bottle
- Players will be required to complete a registration form and submit it to the coaches at the initial tryout

Winnipeg Wolves Boys
Teams
For the 2017-2018 club
season the Wolves will be offering club teams for the following ages:
Girls:

Grade 9s (born in 2003)
·
Grade 10s & 11s
(born in 2001 & 2002)
Boys:
· ·
Grade 8s & 9s (born
in 2003 & 2004)
o Two separate teams will be offered
·
High School Ages (born between
2000 to 2002)

Age Advancement: Athletes can attend tryouts for any age group and
team. The Wolves organization has a long and successful history of allowing
athletes with exceptional abilities to participate on teams designated for
older age categories. The decision to age-advance an athlete is made by the
coaching staff of each team. Coaches will use the tryouts to determine if the
specific athlete is capable of handling the level of competition.

inquiries regarding the Wolves Girls Program.
